Fault symptom

Malfunction Indicator Lamp

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:

Continuous

Enable criteria:

Engine speed between 1200 - 5000 rpm.
Engine temperature above 45°C.
Knock Control Active

Fault criteria:

The internal circuit that evaluates the knock sensor signal is faulty.
