Drive belt, auxiliaries

To remove


1. Raise the car.

2. Free the front part of the right-hand wing liner.


3. Relieve the strain on the belt tensioner by turning it clockwise with a flexible spanner. Lock the tensioner with 87 92 335 Lock pin .


4. Remove the belt. If the old belt is being reused, mark out the direction of rotation.


To fit


1. Fit the belt. If the old blet is being reused, it must be mounted in the same direction of rotation as before.

2. Relieve the belt tensioner.


3. Check the belt position on all pulleys.


4. Fit the front part of the right wing liner.


5. Lower the car, start the engine and check the belt function.
