To remove


1. Remove the EGR cooler .

2. Remove the coolant hose.


3. Remove the thermostat and gasket.


To fit


1. Fit the thermostat complete with new gasket.

Tightening torque 25 Nm (18 lbf ft).


2. Fit the coolant hose.

3. Fit the EGR cooler .
