Secondary air pipe

To remove


1. Remove Intake manifold, upper .

2. Remove Intake manifold, lower .

3. Cover for the inlet ports.

4. Remove the secondary air valve.

5. Remove the mass air flow sensor with rubber gaiter.


• Undo the hose clips (A).

• Remove the quick coupling (B).

• Unplug the connector from the mass air flow sensor (C).

• Detach the hose (D).

6. Remove bolt (A) and detach the crankcase ventilation hose (B) from the turbocharger. Fold the hose to the side.


7. Remove the bolts from pipe's brackets (C).

8. Remove the pipe's front bolts (D).

9. Remove the bolts (E) to the turbocharger actuator.


10. Pull the actuator to the side slightly and lift out the pipe.


To fit


1. Pull the actuator to the side slightly and lift the pipe into its place.

2. Fit the bolts (E) to the turbocharger actuator.


3. Replace the gasket and fit the pipe's front bolts (D).


4. Fit the bolts (C) to the pipe's brackets.

5. Fit the crankcase ventilation hose (B) to the turbocharger and fit the bolt (A).

6. Fit the mass air flow sensor with rubber gaiter.


• Fit the hose (D)

• Plug in the connector (C) for the mass air flow sensor.

• Fit the quick coupling (B).

• Fit the hose clips (A).

7. Fit the secondary air valve.

8. Remove the protector from the inlet ports.

9. Fit Intake manifold, lower.

10. Fit Intake manifold, upper.
