To remove


1. Remove the gearbox; see Gearbox assembly, B207 4WD .

2. Fit 83 94 868 Flywheel locking attachment (A) to lock the flywheel in place.


3. Remove the driver plate (B).


To fit


1. Fit the driver plate (B) using new bolts coated with thread locking adhesive Loctite 270. Fit 83 94 868 Flywheel locking attachment (A). Tighten the bolts alternately.

Tightening torque: 53 Nm + 25° (49 lbf ft + 25°)


2. Remove the flywheel locking attachment (A).

3. Fit the gearbox; see Gearbox assembly, B207 4WD .
