Charge air cooler

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2011 / 2. Engine / 4-cylinder diesel / Cooling system / Adjustment/replacement / Charge air cooler

To remove

1.	Remove the Upper radiator member .

2.	Remove the upper radiator cover (A).

3.	Remove the upper bolts of the charge air cooler (B).

4.	Detach the condenser from the charge air cooler and suspend it with two 83 95 212 Straps .

5.	Remove the side covers (A).

6.	Raise the car.

7.	Detach the hoses from the charge air cooler (A).

8.	Remove the charge air cooler by carefully pulling it downwards.

To fit

1.	Fit the charge air cooler.

2.	Lower the car.

3.	Detach the condenser from the straps.

4.	Fit the condenser.

5.	Fit the bolts for the charge air cooler (B).

6.	Fit the upper radiator cover (A).

7.	Raise the car.

8.	Fit the hoses (A) to the charge air cooler and tighten the hose clips.

9.	Fit the side covers (A).

10.	Lower the car.

11.	Fit the Upper radiator member
