Coolant pump, Z19DTR

To remove


1. Drain the coolant .

2. Remove Timing belt in-car, Z19DTR .

3. Remove the coolant pump.


• 3 x bolts (A)


To fit


1. Fit the coolant pump with a new seal.


• 3 bolts (A), use 74 96 268 Thread locking adhesive.

2. Fit Timing belt in-car, Z19DTR .

3. Fill with coolant, see Filling and bleeding the cooling system, Z19DTR .
