Remove the upper engine cover and insulation.
|
|
2.
|
Remove 2 bolts (A) and lift the EGR valve (B) out of the radiator.
|
|

|
Clean the sealing surface between the EGR cooler and EGR valve. Apply sealant, Dow Corning Q3-1566 or similar, to the sealing surface.

|
2.
|
Position the EGR valve (B) and fit 2 bolts (A).
|
|
3.
|
If a new EGR valve has been fitted:
Connect the diagnostic tool for programming. Select All - Add/Remove - Other components - EGR valve replaced.

4.
|
Fit the insulation and the upper engine cover.
