Headlamps

To remove


1. Remove the bumper shell .

9-3X: Remove Bumper shell, front, 9-3X .

2. Remove the headlamp:

• Remove the headlamp's retaining screws (A).


• Snap loose the headlamp from the upper, rear mounting (B) and lift out the headlamp slightly and detach the connector (C).



To fit


1. Fit the headlamp:

• Attach the connector (C), angle in the headlamp and move it into its position, guiding in using the guide pin (D) and snap into the rear, upper mounting (B).


Important

Check that the lower bracket's self-adjusting nut is fully screwed in before tightening the retaining bolt.


• Fit the headlamp's retaining screws (A).


2. Fit the bumper shell .

9-3X: Fit Bumper shell, front, 9-3X .

3. Check and adjust if necessary light setting / light setting (US/CA) .
