Intermediate shaft bearing, 4-cyl diesel

To remove


1. Remove the circlip.


2. Press out the shaft and bearing using a hydraulic press, 87 92 210 Support, differential bearing and 87 92 236 Fitting speed gear, F35, support .

3. Press out the bearing with 87 92 210 Support, differential bearing



To fit


1. Press in the new bearing into the bearing carrier using 87 90 461 Sleeve, bearing ring and 83 90 189 Drift .


2. Press on the intermediate shaft with 87 90 487 Sleeve, differential bearing .


3. Fit the circlip.
