| To remove |
| 1. |
Remove the air filter cover with hose (A) and unplug the connectors (B).
|
|
| 2. |
Place a suitable receptacle under the steering gear.
|
|
| 3. |
Detach the return line (A) from the steering gear.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the line from the clip (A).
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the line from the bracket (B) on top of the steering gear.
|
|
| 6. |
Remove the line (A) from the reservoir.
|
|
| 7. |
Lift up the line.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the line in place.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the line (A) and the hose clip to the power steering fluid reservoir.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the line in the clip (A).
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the line to the bracket (B) on top of the steering gear.
|
|
| 5. |
Raise the car.
|
|
| 6. |
Route the line under the rear torque rod and above the propeller shaft.
|
|
| 7. |
Lower the car to the floor.
|
|
| 9. |
Fit the air filter cover with hose (A) and plug in the connectors (B).
|
|
| 10. |
Fill with fluid and
bleed the power steering system
. Check for leaks.
