To remove |
1. |
Put the seat in its rearmost position.

Remove the glow box's lower screws.
|
3. |
Open the cover to the glove box.
|
4. |
Remove the upper screws and the screws inside the glove box.
|
5. |
Lift out the glove box
|
6. |
Detach the cables for the glove box lighting.
|
7. |
On cars with ACC:
Remove the cooling hose from the glove box. |
8. |
Remove the
passenger acoustic insulation
.

9. |
Remove the lower air duct and lift out the air duct through the glove box opening.
|
10. |
Dismantle the connector for the ventilation fan control.
|
11. |
Remove the cooling hose from the clip on the fan housing.
|
12. |
Remove the fan's 7 screws.
|
13. |
Fold under the clips holding the low section of the fan housing, 3.
|
14. |
Pull the fan housing down.
|
15. |
Transfer the fan control unit if the fan is to be replaced.

To fit |
1. |
Reposition the fan housing. The groove should grip the flange on the heating and ventilation unit.
|
2. |
Insert the clips holding the lower section of the fan housing.
|
3. |
Fit the fans 7 screws.
|
4. |
On cars with ACC
Fit the cooling hose to the heating and ventilation unit. |
5. |
Connect the ventilation fan control's connector.
|
6. |
Fit the lower air duct.
|
7. |
Fit the
passenger acoustic insulation
.

8. |
Fit the connector for the floor lighting
|
9. |
On cars with ACC
:
Fit the cooling hose in the clip on the fan housing and connect the hose to the glove box. |
10. |
Connect the cables to the glove box lighting.
|
11. |
Insert the glove box into position.
|
12. |
Fit the screws inside the glove box and the upper screws to the glove box.
|
13. |
Close the cover to the glove box.
|
14. |
Fit the glove box lower screws.
|
