Head restraint support

To remove

1.	Remove the head restraint .

2.	Press the catch inside the sleeve with a small screwdriver while lifting the sleeve at the same time.

To fit

1.	Press the head restraint supports in place so that the catches engage.

2.	Fit the head restraint .
