Motor, rear height adjustment

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2011 / 8. Body / Seats / Adjustment/replacement / Motor, rear height adjustment

Removing

1.	Remove the seat .

2.	Remove front seat side panel .

3.	Remove the seat cushion .

4.	Remove the lower clip from the motor.

5.	Remove the upper bracket for adjustment shaft. Note Proceed carefully. The shaft is spring-loaded. Risk of pinching.

6.	Remove the motor's lower pivot pin.

7.	Unplug the motor.

Fitting

1.	Plug in the motor.

2.	Fit the motor's lower pivot pin.

3.	Fit the upper bracket for the adjustment shaft by pressing down the rear edge of the seat frame while threading and tightening the bolt.

4.	Fit the lower clip to the motor.

5.	Fit the seat cushion .

6.	Fit front seat side panel .

7.	Fit the seat .

8.	Test run the height adjustment motor.
