Remove the engine cover.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the intake hose between the turbo and the air filter box.
|
|
3.
|
Detach the turbocharger delivery pipe from the turbo.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the banjo bolts (A) and (C).
|
|
5.
|
Remove the coolant pipe bracket (D).
|
|
6.
|
Remove the coolant pipe (B).
|
|
1.
|
Position the coolant pipe (B).
|
|
2.
|
Fit the banjo bolts (A) and (C).
Tightening torque 45 Nm (33 lbf ft).
|
|
3.
|
Fit the coolant pipe bracket (D).
|
|
4.
|
Fit the turbocharger delivery pipe to the turbo.
Tightening torque 22 Nm (16 lbf ft)
|
|
5.
|
Fit the intake hose between the turbo and the air filter box.
|
