To remove


1. Carry out Measures before control module removal .

2. Ignition key in LOCK

3. Remove the bracket (A) from the car.


4. Push down the catches (B) and carefully remove the connectors (D) so that the connecting pins, etc. are not damaged.

5. Remove the control module (C) from the bracket.


To fit


1. Fit the control module (C) on the bracket (A), do not forget the earth cable.

Tightening torque 10 Nm (7 lbf ft)

Important

Take care when plugging in the connector so as not to damage or press out the pins/sleeves in the connector. For further information regarding connectors, refer to Connectors, handling and inspection.



2. Connect the connectors (D) and lock with the catch (B).

3. Fit the bracket (A) to the car.

4. Perform Measures after changing a control module .
