Detach the vacuum hose from the bypass valve.

Connect the pressure/vacuum pump, part no. 30 14 883, and create a vacuum pressure in the valve.

Check that the diaphragm is intact. If the diaphragm is damaged, the vacuum is released.

4. |
Pump up an overpressure in the valve.
|
5. |
Check that the diaphragm is intact. If the diaphragm is damaged, the overpressure is released.
|
6. |
Detach the pump.
|
7. |
Connect the vacuum hose.
|
