EGR water port, front, Z19DTR

To remove


1. Drain the cooling system; see Draining, cooling system .

2. Detach the hose on the water port.

3. Remove the front water port.


• Remove the bolt (A).

• Remove the water port (B) from the EGR cooler.


To fit


1. Fit the front water port:


• Fit a new O-ring (C) on the water port. Lubricate the O-ring with Vaseline.

• Fit the water port (B) to the EGR cooler.

• Fit the bolt (A).

2. Attach the hose on the water port.

3. Fill with coolant, see Filling and bleeding the cooling system, Z19DTR .
