EGR water port, rear, Z19DTR

To remove


1. Remove EGR cooler, Z19DTR .

2. Remove the rear water port.


• Remove the bolt (A).

• Remove the water port (B) from the EGR cooler.


To fit


1. Fit the rear water port:


• Fit a new O-ring (C) on the water port. Lubricate the O-ring with Vaseline.

• Fit the water port (B) to the EGR cooler.

• Fit the bolt (A).

2. Fit EGR cooler, Z19DTR .
