Silencer, rear (130/160 hp)

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2012 / 2. Engine / 4-cylinder diesel / Exhaust system / Adjustment/replacement / Silencer, rear (130/160 hp)

To remove

1.	Raise the car.

2.	Remove the rear clamp.

3.	Remove the three rubber mountings holding the silencer. Lift down the silencer.

To fit

1.	Fit the silencer with new rubber mountings.

2.	Tighten the rear clamp. 45 Nm (33 lbf ft)

3.	Lower the car.

4.	Connect an exhaust hose and start the engine. Check the exhaust system for leaks.
