Potentiometer sensor on pedal bracket.
| Main task |
To disengage cruise control when the clutch pedal is depressed. The switch, in the form of a potentiometer, delivers a pedal position signal to the ECM control module, E39 (590), where it is also used together with other sensors to calculate the gear position.
