Remove the bolt and nut which attach the suspension arm to the steering swivel member on both sides (A).

Lower the subframe.
Important
|
Replace one side at a time.
|
|
Important
|
Do not lubricate the bushing or anti-roll bar when removing/installing.
|
|
|

|
Position the anti-roll bar on the subframe and fit its right mounting (A).
|

|
Remove the cap from the left-hand bush (B).
|
7.
|
Remove the left-hand bush.
Note
|
The removed bush must not be reinstalled. It must be replaced.

Position the bush (A) on the subframe, centred between the bolt holes.
Important
|
Soap and water solution must not enter between bushing and anti-roll bar!
|
|
|
2.
|
Apply a thin coat of soapy water on the outside of the bush.
Fit the cap to the subframe. Tighten the bolts (A) alternately until the bush hooks (B) into the cap.

3.
|
Replace the temporary bolts (M8x30 mm) with original bolts and tighten.
Tightening torque 18 Nm (13 lbf ft).

4.
|
Replace the right anti-roll bar bush following the same method.
|

|
Remove the anti-roll bar from subframe.
|
7.
|
Fit the bolt and nut (B) which attach the suspension arm to the steering swivel member on both sides.
Warning
|
Press up the pin carefully.
|
The groove in the pin must be visible in the screw hole in the spindle housing.
|
If the rubber gaiter is pressed down, it will not seal properly to the swivel pin.
|
|
|

Check the straight-ahead position of the steering wheel when driving on a level road. Adjust if necessary
