To remove


1. Remove the front bumper shell .

2. Remove the lower grille

• Remove the outside temperature sensor (A).


• Detach the hose and wiring harness from the clips (x 8) (B).

• Remove the bolts (C) securing the bumper shell.

• Bend out the locking catches (D), x 15, from the inside of the shell using a screwdriver to release the catches from the grille. Continue around the entire grille until all the catches have released.

3. Lift out the lower grille.


To fit


1. Fit the lower grille.


• Guide in the grille (D) and make sure that the locking catches engage.

• Fit the bolts (C) securing the bumper shell.

• Fit the outside temperature sensor (A).

• Fit the hose and wiring harness to the clips (B).

2. Fit the front bumper shell .
