To remove


1. Remove the roof .

2. Drill out the spot welds.


3. Bend down the roof member mounting so that roof member can be tapped out.

4. Tap out the roof member. Start from one side and tap it downwards/forwards.



To fit


1. Grind all surfaces that are to be welded.

2. Apply welding primer to the surfaces that are to be welded.

3. Grind the roof member mounting and fit the part in place.

4. Straighten the panel.

5. Secure with some clamps.

6. Weld the part in place.


7. Fit the roof.
