When removing the headlamp frame, it will be necessary to also remove the bumper member with integrated collision box.
| 1. | 
        Drill out the two upper spot welds.

        Unscrew the 2 upper bolts.
         |

| 3. | 
        Drill out the spot welds to the wheel housing and side member.
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Knock loose the headlamp frame and pull it up from the collision box.
         |

| To fit | 
Align the surfaces where the spare part is being fitted. Apply welding primer to the places to be welded and rustproof the drilled surfaces.
| 1. | 
        Put in place the headlamp frame between the collision box and the member. Position the frame to the wheel housing and collision box.
         |

| 2. | 
        Plug or spot weld as illustrated. The welds on the collision box joint need not be restored as they are only for production purposes.

| 3. | 
        Grind the welds.
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Fit the bolts.
         | 
      |
| 5. | 
        Wash away surplus welding primer. Welding primer reduces the adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.
         |

| 6. | 
        Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces.
         | 
      |
| 7. | 
        Apply rust protector after painting. Use Terotex HV 400.
         |
