| To remove | 
| 1. | 
        Drill out the spot welds on the front side of the door.
         
        
         |

| 2. | 
        The rear and lower edges of the outer door panel are seamed. Grind the edge to loosen the outer door panel from the door frame.

      |
| 4. | 
        Grind away any metal strips remaining on the rear edge of the door.
         | 
      |
| 5. | 
        Align and grind the door frame edges.
         | 
      |
| To fit | 
| 1. | 
        Apply sealant to the impact member and the upper door edge. Use Terostat 1K-PUR.
         
        
         | 
      |
| 2. | 
        Apply adhesive to the rear and lower edge of the door frame. Use Teromix 6700.
         | 
      |
| 3. | 
        Apply welding primer to the front edge of the door frame. Use Teroson Zink spray
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Align the new outer door panel. Check that the metal flanges lie against the door frame. Secure with clamps.
         | 
      |
| 5. | 
        Spot weld the front edge of the outer door panel.
         
        
         | 
      |
| 6. | 
        Tap in the metal flange in the rear and lower edges of the door with a hammer and support. Do not use pliers as they may damage the outside of the door.
         | 
      |
| 7. | 
        Fit the door and check the alignment. Adjust if necessary. Lift off the door.
         | 
      |
| 8. | 
        Seam weld the inside of the metal flange along the rear and lower edges of the door.
         | 
      |
| 9. | 
        Wash off surplus welding primer. Welding primer makes for poorer adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.
         | 
      |
| 10. | 
        Apply primer on all ground surfaces. Use Standox 1K Primer Filler.
         | 
      |
| 11. | 
        Use Terostat 1K-PUR to seal joints and metal folds.
         | 
      |
| 12. | 
        Apply anti-corrosion treatment after painting.
         |
