Roof member, hinge member, 5D

To remove


1. Remove Roof, 5D .

2. Drill out the spot welds on top.


3. Drill out the spot-welds on the inside.


4. Knock away the roof member and align any deformed metal.


To fit


1. Grind all surfaces that are to be welded.

2. Apply welding primer to the surfaces that are to be welded.

3. Put in place the roof member and secure with a few welding clamps.

4. Spot weld on the roof member on the top.


5. Spot weld on the roof member on the inside.


6. Wash away surplus welding primer. Welding primer reduces the adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.

7. Fit Roof, 5D .
