| 1. | 
        Drill out the spot welds on the suspension tower. (The lower illustration is taken from underneath.)

        Tap out the suspension tower.
         |

| To fit | 
| 1. | 
        Straighten and grind the surfaces of the replacement panel and body that are to be welded.
         | 
      |
| 2. | 
        Apply welding primer to the surfaces that are to be plug or spot welded.
         | 
      |
| 3. | 
        Fit the replacement panel in place and secure it with some welding clamps.
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Secure the suspension tower with spot and plug welds.
         
        
         |

| 5. | 
        Grind the welds.
         | 
      |
| 6. | 
        Wash away surplus welding primer. Welding primer reduces the adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.
         | 
      |
| 7. | 
        Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces.
         | 
      |
| 8. | 
        Seal joints and seams with sealant.
         | 
      |
| 9. | 
        Apply rust protector after painting. Use Terotex HV 400.
         |
