Type of diagnosis:

Diagnostics is carried out each time the key is inserted in the ignition switch.

Enable criteria:

Key in ignition switch.

Fault criteria:

No transponder detected.

System reaction to a fault:

None

The DTC is generated if an object is forced into the ignition lock.
