Diagnostics run when power mirror is operated. |
NONE of the following DTCs must be detected: |
Fault criteria:
If both potentiometer signals are invalid and diagnostic trouble codes B1585 and B1595 are not generated. |
System reaction to a fault:
No memory function or retraction function for door mirrors. Manual setting works. |
Checking the wiring harness
Move the wiring harness at several spots and in several directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short-circuits. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, retracted pins and pin clamping force.
