Can dial out. You cannot be heard, but the other party can be heard.
On-board diagnosis
Enable criteria:
| Call/Voice control must not be active. |
Fault criteria:
| Mircophone signal input short circuited to B+ or has open circuit. |
Checking the wiring harness
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points to detect intermittent breaks or short circuits. Check also the connector for oxidation or loose pins.
Diagnostic help
Diagnosis regards:
| Electrical fault in connecting leads or in the component (mainly poor contact). |
