Intake Manifold Assemble (LF1, LFW or LFX)



1. Fit NEW compression limiters in plastic (1).


2. Fit NEW gaskets to the lower manifold (3).


3. Fit the lower manifold (2) with bolt (1).

4. Tighten the lower manifold's bolts (1) to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

5. Install the MAP sensor (2).


6. Install the MAP-sensor's bolt (1) and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in) .

7. Install the EVAP solenoid (1).


8. Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

9. Install the NEW throttle body seal (3).


10. Install the throttle body (2).

11. Install the throttle unit's pipe bolts (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .
