Preliminary Procedures

1. Turn the ignition OFF.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. See Battery, negative cable , disconnection and connection .

3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .


1 Secondary Air Injection Pump Fastener (Qty: 2) Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

1. Disconnect both quick connectors.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.


Tighten

17 Nm (13 lb ft)
2 Secondary Air Injection Pump
