Preliminary Procedures

Remove the rear compartment courtesy lamp - liftgate. Refer to Rear Compartment Courtesy Lamp Replacement - Liftgate .

2 Liftgate Trim Panel Access

Procedure

1. Using a flat-bladed tool push down on the black bellcrank lever, through the access hole, to unlock the liftgate.

2. Push open the liftgate from the inside.

3. Install the access cover.
