1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate lower applique. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Applique Replacement - Lower .

2. Remove the front floor console applique. Refer to Front Floor Console Applique Replacement .


1 Front Floor Console Transmission Shift Opening Trim Plate Fasteners (Qty: 2) Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

1. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool release the shift opening trim plate from the console assembly.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. When replacing the shift opening trim plate, transfer all necessary components.
