Charge air control valve

To remove


1. Move the rubber cap out of the way and unplug the connector.


2. Mark the hoses and detach them from the control valve.

3. Detach the valve from the spring pin and the plate bracket.


To fit



1. Attach the valve to the plate bracket and then onto the spring pin.

2. Connect the hoses to the control valve. Make sure the markings on the hoses correspond with the markings on the control valve.

3. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 (part no. 30 04 520). Plug in the connector and fit the rubber cap.
