Manifold absolute pressure sensor

To remove


1. Take off the rubber cap and unplug the connector.


2. Remove the sensor.


To fit



1. Inspect the sealing washer and replace if necessary.

Apply vaseline or equivalent to the threads of the sensor. Fit the sensor.

Tightening torque 17 Nm (12 lbf ft)

2. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner (part no. 30 04 520). Plug in the connector.

3. Fit the rubber cap.
