Read the instructions below then start the fault diagnostic procedure.

Symptom: The following fault information is shown on the SID instrument: B2772: CD ERROR B0 (CD player in main unit); B2772: CDC ERROR B0 (CD changer). The CD player in the main unit or CD changer does not work. The CD player in the main unit or CD changer does not work when it becomes warm.

Fault symptoms

The following fault information is shown on the SID instrument:


• B2772: CD ERROR B0 (CD player in main unit);

• B2772: CDC ERROR B0 (CD changer).


The CD player in the main unit or CD changer does not work.

The CD player in the main unit or CD changer does not work when it becomes warm.

Conditions

B2790


- The CD player/CD changer stops working if the temperature in the CD player exceeds 76°C.

- The CD player/CD changer starts to work again when the temperature falls below 69°C.
