Adjustment of the temperature gauge can be carried out in a number of steps. There are 6 different commands for this in Tech 2:
1.

Lowtemp High - Breakpoint out from “blue” zone (works setting: 4 cyl. 50°C, 6 cyl. 47°C)

2.
|
Hightemp Low - Breakpoint into “red” zone (works setting: 4 cyl. 129°C, 6 cyl. 126°C).

3.
|
Horizontal Lowtemp - Breakpoint into “horizontal position” (works setting: 4 cyl. 83°C, 6 cyl. 80°C).

4.
|
Horizontal Hightemp - Breakpoint out from “horizontal position” (works setting: 4 cyl. 115°C, 6 cyl. 112°C).

5.
|
Temperature gauge, Horizontal Offset. Adjusts horizontal position of needle.

6.
|
Temperature gauge Offset. Adjusts (lifts/lowers) the entire scale.
