Clutch housing

1.	Press out the bearing race using 87 91 204 Sleeve, bearing race and 87 92 236 Support, for fitting F35 speed gear .

To fit

1.	Seat the bearing race using a plastic hammer.

2.	Press on the new bearing up to the stop using 83 90 312 Drift, bearing race, input shaft . 83 90 114 Sleeve and 87 91 311 Sleeve, driver shaft bearing must be used.

Replacement of bearing bushing for selector rod

To remove

The seal ring must have been removed first.

1.	Tap out the bearing bush with 87 91 220 Drift, selector rod bush .

To fit

1.	Fit the new bush with 87 91 220 Drift, selector rod bush .

Differential bearing race in clutch housing

To remove

1.	Carefully tap out the bearing race with a hammer and a drift (destructive removal) Important Tap the same amount on both sides!

To fit

1.	Fit (press) in the new bearing race until it stops with 83 90 122 Drift and 87 91 204 Sleeve, bearing race .

2.	Fit a new seal with 83 90 122 Drift .
