Conditions
The following conditions apply:

When the stepping motor operates in the range 10-90 % of its total range (which is 0-100 %), the control module senses if the power consumption is above a certain value, and if this is the case, sets the diagnostic trouble code for jammed flap.

The diagnostic trouble code can be set if the control module has not been calibrated.

Continuous monitoring and when calibrating.
