During a warm start, the cold air must first be blown out through the vents in order for the climate to be experienced as comfortable as soon as possible after starting. If the calculated temperature at head level of the driver is more than 5°C higher than what the driver has set on the ACC unit display, the warm start function will be activated until the temperature at driver head level matches the set temperature.
The warm start function means that air distribution is in the panel position and 20 A fan current immediately following start. The value increases slowly to 25 A.
