Lock buttons on doors
Lock buttons on doors |
If any of the doors are unlocked using the lock button while the car is locked and then the door opened, the TWICE control module will detect it via the door switch. When the door is closed again and locked with the key, the remote control or the button on the centre console, the central locking system will first unlock the door and immediately lock it again.
This is to reset the lock unit mechanism, so that the lock motor can re-lock the door.
When any of the doors have been unlocked with the lock button, the TWICE control module handles the driver's door and the passenger door separately and both the rear doors together.
