To remove |

Remove the grille.

Remove the direction indicators.
|
3. |
Remove the headlamp wiper arms.
|
4. |
Unscrew the four screws (2 by the direction indicators and 2 on the bumper member by the horn) holding the bumper to the bumper member.

Remove the nuts holding the bumper to the front wing.
|
6. |
Unscrew the four screws holding the bumper to the wing liner.
|
7. |
Remove the spoiler shield.
|
8. |
Unplug the connectors to the fog lights.
|
9. |
Unplug the connectors for the temperature sensor.
|
10. |
First loosen the outer corners on each side so that they are free from the wing and wing liner.

11. |
Pull the bumper forwards.

To fit |

Make sure the metal tabs (9 pcs) are not damaged or bent.
|
2. |
Lift up the bumper and press it onto the bumper member. Make sure the wiper blade stop and the wiper motor shaft are positioned correctly.

3. |
Fit the steel bumper reinforcement so that it is located between the wing and the wing liner.
|
4. |
Then fit the bumper shell over the wing liner and screw it on.
|
5. |
Screw on the nuts in the front wing.
|
6. |
Screw the bumper shell to the bumper member (4 screws).
|
7. |
Screw on the wing liner.
|
8. |
Plug in the connector to the temperature sensor.
|
9. |
Plug in the connector to the fog lights.
|
10. |
Fit the spoiler shield.
|
11. |
Fit the direction indicators. Make sure the plastic guides are located correctly in the headlamps.
|
12. |
Fit the headlamp wiper arms.
|
13. |
Refit the front grille.
|
14. |
Check the function of the headlamp wipers.
