1.	Identify the type of plastic. See or

2.	Select the correct welding filler and set the temperature of the welding gun so that it agrees with the type of plastic. See

3.	Heat the clip and tack it in place. Use the tack welding tip.

4.	Weld the clip in place with welding filler.

5.	Allow the weld to cool.

6.	Grind the weld if required.

7.	Paint the weld.
