Rear centre belt

To remove



1. Fold down the backrest.

2. Remove the head restraint from the seat.

3. Remove the speaker grilles on both sides.

4. Remove the clips at the front of the parcel shelf, 3 x.

5. Lift out the parcel shelf trim and pull out the centre belt.

6. Unscrew the lower belt fixing, 1 nut.

7. Remove the centre belt from the parcel shelf, 1 nut.


To fit

Important

Ensure that the belt runs correctly.


Fit in reverse order.

Check that the centre belt runs in front of the locating pin and backrest.

Tightening torques:

Inertia reel mounting nuts 45 Nm (33 lbf ft).

Floor mounting 45 Nm (33 lbf ft)
