1. Washer fluid, top up
2. Battery, check condition. See SI 311-2009.
3. Insert the main fuse 1.
4. Fit DICE/TWICE fuse 5
5. Anti-theft alarm, affix labels
6. (Sweden and Finland markets only). Affix child seat labels
7. (Not US and CA markets). Fit blanking-off washers on driver's door and luggage compartment locks.
8. Saab Information Display: set the clock, program the SID.
9. ACC unit, programming
10. Check functionality of wash-wipe systems
11. Check and adjust tyre pressures (including spare wheel)
12. Check oil and fluid levels, inspect for leaks, top up. Engine, automatic transmission and power steering.
13. Check coolant and fluid levels, inspect for leaks, top up. Cooling system, brake and clutch systems.
14. TLINK (Only B205E engine with tuning kit). Change spark plugs
15. Fit cover on battery
16. Jack up the car and inspect the underbody for transit damage. Important! The corrosion protection must be intact.
17. (Only B308E engine, ME market). Ejector, fitting. The ejector kit is supplied with the car.
18. Remove the brake disc transit protection (certain markets only).
19. (Only cars with sports chassis). Remove transit support
20. Retighten threaded joints.
21. (Europe market only). Place the "Certificate of Conformity" into the owner's service book.
22. (Not US, CA or PA markets). Fit number plates with spacer rings
23. Program the TWICE control module
24. Delete diagnostic trouble codes in all control modules.
25. Road test
26. (SE, US and CA markets only). Diagnostic trouble codes after road test, check that no new diagnostic trouble codes have been detected in the engine management system and automatic transmission control systems.
27. Cleaning
Warning

Lengthy and repeated contact with mineral oil removes the natural oils from your skin, drying it out and causing irritation. If oil has been swallowed, do not provoke vomiting. Call a doctor.
