Symptom: The engine cannot be started if the fault is permanent.
Possible misfiring before DTC is generated.
Crankshaft Position Sensor. No Input.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:

|
Ignition ON and crankshaft stationary.
|
•
|
Ignition switch in ST position.
|
•
|
Main relay voltage drops by more than 0.8 V.
|
•
|
Conditions fulfilled for 5 s.
|

Check the wiring
Note

Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at various points and in different directions to detect any intermittent breaks or short circuits in the wiring. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.
