start the fault diagnostic procedure.
Symptom: Engine fails to start.
If the fault occurred while the engine was running, P1135 may be generated as a consequential fault.
Fuel Pump Relay Coil Circuit. Short to B+.

Conditions
The following conditions apply for this DTC:
•
|
Ignition ON and main relay voltage above 10 V.
|
•
|
Output voltage above 2 V when output is active.
|
•
|
Conditions are met for 1 second.
|

Check the wiring
Note

Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at various points and in different directions to detect any intermittent breaks or short circuits in the wiring. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.
