DICE activates hazard flashers

Cars affected

Saab 9-5 up to and including VIN X3030346 (not US) and X3030751 (US).

Background

Due to a supplier's manufacturing process, it is possible that one of the capacitors in DICE will become defective, causing the hazard flashers to go on without cause.

Procedure

Replace the DICE unit as instructed in WIS.
